What must I do when my child returns to school after an absence?
In order for an absence to be excused, you must send in a signed note with
the reason for the absence on the day the student returns. At that point, I
will provide the necessary make-up work. If your child will be out for
several days, due to an illness, cotact me and I will arrange for the work to
be sent home. Keep in mind that any students who misses 18 or more days if
school is required to be retained.

Can I come eat and visit with my child at lunch time?
Parents and other family members are welcome to attend lunch with their
child. We go to luch at 11:30 each day. Make sure you stop by the office and
get your visitor's pass, then wait in the lobby by the cafeteria for our
class. Fast food is not allowed in the cafeteria.

Can I come volunteer to help out in my child's classroom?
Parents and other family members are always welcome to help out in our
classroom! It would be great if we set up a schedule so that I know when you
may be in to help. Any time you come on campus, remember to stop by the
office to get your visitor's pass before coming to our classroom.
