As you know, my name is Kacie Kerlec. I graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor
Degree in Elementary Education and in 2004 with a Master of Education degree
in Elementary Education from Louisiana State University. This is my fourth
year teaching second grade at Bonne Ecole and I could not be more thrilled!
Like my students, I am continually learning. I have been trained in
Responsive Classroom, Every Day Counts Math, Thinking Maps, Go Charts, Write
From the Beginning and other techniques that allow me to meet the needs of
each and every one of my students. I look forward to learning from my
students as they learn from me :)
To provide all students with a quality education through active engagement
in a safe, caring, and positive learning environment. It is my goal that my
students become a contributing member to the caring classroom community
created and feel valuable while doing so. This year, I want EVERY one of my
students to love second grade EVERY day of the year!
