September 29 - October 2, 2008
Monday: Read the Home School Connection booklet and sign indicating that
you have completed this with your child. Make flashcards of the “phonics”
and “story” words that go with Week 4’s story (these words are in your
child’s folder.) Complete Math page.
Tuesday: Read phonics stories (three on a page), complete the suggested
reading activity, and sign indicating your child read these to you. Review
Week 4 words (in your child’s folder.) Write Spelling words 3 times each in
your Spelling notebook (ONLY the highlighted words!!!)
Wednesday: Read the “Get Ready” story (“Come Down, Brad!”) and the “Main
Selection” story (“Pet Tricks”) in your child’s folder. Sign indicating you
have read these with your child. Review Week 4 words. Study for your
Spelling test tomorrow!
Thursday: None (No school tomorrow due to Parish Fair holiday!)
