Unit Three: Something Special

 

Enduring Understandings          We all can think and act differently.          We all have contributions to make to our world.          Friends can help us learn and grow.

Essential Questions         Why is it important for people to think and act differently?         How am I special?         How can friends help me to learn to make my own decisions?

Skills to be covered this week:

• We will read Jordi's Star and begin to look at folktales.
• We will share the Christmas Power Points from other countries that we started at the beginning of the year.
• We will be creating a multi flow map and looking at the concept of before and after in connection with the story. We will also make connections as to how we can influence the world around us.
