Our Teacher Appreciation Week was a huge success
thanks to all the local businesses and parents that donated food items, raffle items
and their time this week. The PTA thanks everyone that contributed something to
making this week special. Everyone on staff and our faculty was able to receive
an item in the raffle. Thank you again
for supporting our teachers, PTA and school.
We would also like to thank
Dave and Wendy Martin
for cooking the wonderful luncheon provided to our faculty
on Friday, May 11.
It was a huge hit and everyone loved it.

Donations are being accepted in the front office for school uniforms. Uniforms are donated to families in need as identified by the teachers and guidance. Please consider donating new or gently used items.

RECYCLING
Boyet is collecting ink cartridges and old cell phones (at the front office). Cell phones are being collected for the organization called www.cellphonesforsoldiers.com. The money collected from these phones will pay for pre-paid phone cards for our U.S. Troops. This is a great way to support them, plus recycle at the same time. Plus, every donor of a cell phone will receive a bumper sticker. Just turn in your old phone at the front office and they’ll give it to you. It’s that easy!

LIBRARY HELP NEEDED!!!
Mrs. Lemmon and Mrs. Stine welcome parent volunteers in the library. We have a number of projects that we need help with - from reshelving books, to putting magazines out to working with computers! If you are interested in volunteering, please call the school and ask for the library. 643-3775
