Caddo Career & Technology Center

 

Dual Enrollment (DE):  A program of study allowing high school students to earn credits simultaneously toward a high school diploma and a postsecondary degree or certificate.

 

Industry-Based Certification (IBC): A portable, recognized credential (tangible evidence) that validates an individual has successfully demonstrated skill competencies in a core set of content and performance standards in a specific set of work related tasks, single occupational area, or a cluster of related occupational areas.

 

Senior Project (SP):  A focused, rigorous, independent learning experience completed during the student's year of projected graduation from high school.

 

Work-Based Learning (WBL):  Activities at the high school level that involve actual work experience that connect classroom learning to work.
