The CMM Book Fair ended Monday, November 9. My classes made many fabulous purchases that I am
sure will make their home reading much more enjoyable! I'd like to thank all of the students and
parents who chose to "gift" books to our classroom library! I am thrilled to have even more books that
will capture the interest and imagination of your children AND me!
Your child's HOMEWORK FOLDER should go to and from school on a daily basis so he/she can study
for tests, go over lessons. On Tuesday, October 20, students received the new Home Reading Log for
this 9 weeks.
I have updated the grades this evening, November 10. Print-outs will be sent home on Wed., Nov. 11.
I will be adding author brochure scores, Friday's vocabulary test, and apostrophe quiz grades this
weekend. At that time, I will update student's grades on this website.
Most students have completed the Favorite Author brochure assignment; however, some still need to
complete the assignment. On Wednesday, November 11, students will work in the library to complete
this assignment. If they have already completed the assignment, they will type and print their Pet and
Me personal narratives.
