Students have received the new Home Reading Log in autumn orange (You can't miss it!) and they are
to continue reading at home and keeping up with their home reading logs, including your
signature as verification of their reading.
During the 2nd 9 weeks, I will check the reading logs every Tuesday. Please encourage your child to
read nightly by making certain he/she has something to read every day.
This week we will finish reading The Westing Game novel and complete several activities and a quiz
on the book. On Friday, November 20, we will compare and contrast the movie and book and have a
celebration of Ellen Raskin's The Westing Game.
