How can I see my grade?

Click on the Grades link to get to the secure entry page.
Type in: Last name, First name -- Use upper and lower case, exactly the
way I've recorded it in my gradebook. Remember to put a comma and a space
after your last name before typing in your first name.
Then Student ID number -- Seven digits (put in the beginning 0) This
is the same as the number you use for lunch in the cafeteria.

Is tutoring available?

Students may come by after school Monday & Tuesday -- remember to arrange for
transportation home. I will be glad to set up other times, as needed.
Students may check with me about getting a pass to come in before school.
An After-School Review will be available the day before any major test.

How do I pick out an idea for a Science Fair project?

First of all, try to figure out what you like or are interested in; then
we'll try to build a project around that. You'll be working with this for 5
to 7 months (if you go to State -- Longer if you go for Nationals), so you
might as well work with something you can potentially enjoy.
Then, do some research to narrow down your topic. Books, magazines, the
internet, family, friends & acquaintances. Check out my links page for some
helpful sites. Talk to me. I might be able to help you get narrowed down
or focused.

Does everyone have to do a Science Fair project?

All students in Advance Earth Science (Periods 1, 3 & 4) are required to
complete a project. Information, guidelines and incremental deadlines will
be given out by the end of August. Any child in Enriched Earth Science may
also do a project to enter into the competition. Let me know what the
project will be before you head off for the winter break. This will give us a
chance to discuss what you are doing and to make sure there is space reserved
at the CMM Science Fair. Get with me about what is needed.
