Z-Club

Each Z Club member is required to sell two tickets to the Zonta Antique Show. You must come by room D-101 to receive your tickets. The money for your tickets is due on or before Monday, November 9, tickets are $5 each. Times are also available for you to volunteer at the show on November 13, 14 and 15.

NEXT MEETING: Thursday, October 22, @ 7:45 a.m. in the auditorium.

DEADLINES: Items for the Amanda Clark Head Start center are due by Thursday, Oct. 22, 5 items = 1 hour.  $10 for the Gator Coloring Sheets is due on or before Tuesday, October 27.

 

YOU WILL BE PLACED ON PROBATION IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE DEADLINES!

Cookie Groups: There is a link to the cookie group sheet under "handouts" on this site.

All members should have earned 50 hours during the school year to remain in good standing. If you have at least 35 hours you will be allowed to earn the remaining hours over the summer and those hours must be turned in within the first two weeks of the start of school. All other members may earn hours over the summer. Please record your activities on the form you were provided and attach any additional documentation to the form.

Cookie group - . Remember that your name needs to be on your cookies and they must be turned in before school!! Cookie group 6 needs to bring cookies on Wednesday, October 21.

CONGRATULATIONS COOKIE GROUP #1 - EVERY MEMBER BROUGHT COOKIES!

Always take your hour sheet with you when you volunteer so that you can have it signed. Also, remember that you must sign-in and out at each event that you work in order to receive credit. If you fail to sign-out we will not have a way to determine how many hours you should receive credit for.

Remember to wear a Z-club or Captain Shreve t-shirt at all events you attend & dress appropriately!

Make sure to check our doors to sign-up for volunteer opportunities.

DO NOT turn in hours for babysitting! This does not count as community service.

The maximum number of hours that you can record for all mission trips is 15 per year.

Remember that you must earn 25 hours each semester! Turn in your hours at the end of each month. Hours should not be held and turned in at the end of the semester. It is your responsibility to write all of your activities on the correct form and attach any additional documentation to the hour sheet.
