Deposits are due to Mrs. Barclay by September 8. Bring $200 to room A-108 to
secure your place on the trip.
Once you have paid your deposit, download the tour participant manual, print
page 3, complete it and return this to Mrs. Barclay. She will send your form
and deposit to the travel agency.
Print page 4 of the manual as well. This page contains payment slips which you
will complete and send with all future payments. All payments following the
deposit must be sent by you with the complete payment slip directly to the
travel agency.

$500 payments are due in the travel agent's office today. The office is in
FLORIDA. If you have not already sent your payment:
1. Call the travel agent, Mary Perez and let her know that the payment will be
over-nighted. You will probably incur a late penalty, but call to be sure you
still have a place on the trip.
OR
2. Call the travel agent, Mary Perez and make a payment with a credit card
over the phone if possible. They charge a fee for using a credit card.
