I follow the disciplinary handbook. Caddo Parish policy on tardies, dress code, and unacceptable behavior are clearly explained. Every student is given this handbook, so ask to see it. I also give every student a class syllabus with procedures and rules to sign for. My rules are also posted on the wall. Violations can result in BMR, parental contact and possible suspension. I enforce the rules.Back to Top
How can my child be successful in your class ?
Very simply. (1) Follow the rules (2) Take good notes and READ the material. (3) Do NOT just look at notes the night before the test. Cramming never works. (4) Have a positive attitude. Realize teachers want your child to be successful. (5) Students must accept responsibility. Do not blame others for poor grades. Students' grades reflect the effort they put in!Back to Top
