How can I get in touch with you?

There are several ways.  The quickest way is email.  My address is 
elizabeth.damare'@stpsb.org  Email is best for short communication, and can 
be used to set up conferences.  Another way is to write me a note in your 
child's agenda. You may also call the office at 643-8593 to leave a 
message.  I usually do not receive phone messages until the end of the day.

My child's birthday is next week. Can I send in treats for the class?

Yes you may send in cookies, cupcakes, or individually wrapped treats. If 
drinks are sent, they must be 
canned, bottled or boxed.  Please send napkins!  There are 22 students in 
our class.

How do I know what my child's grades are?

Graded papers are sent home every Thursday.  Parents are to sign and return 
papers in the Eagle's Eye on Friday.  Parents may keep papers over the 
weekend for review if needed, as long as they send a note.  Parents may also 
use STI Home.  Grades are posted about once a week.  Directions for STI 
Home's use were sent to each family from the school board.

My child was unable to finish homework last night. What should we do?

Please write a note whenever a homework assignment is missed, and the 
student will not be penalized as long as the student shows me the completed 
assignment the following day.  Students are responsible for showing the 
assignment to me!  I will not ask for it.
