SPELLING:
Spelling words will be assigned every Monday. Students will take a pretest,
and on Friday will then only be tested on the words that they missed.
READING:
Vocabulary words will generally be assigned at the beginning of the week and
tested on at the end of the week. Students should study their words nightly.
Students should also read an AR book for approximately 15 minutes every
nite.
If you have time to ask them a few questions about what they read, that
would be a HUGE help and I would greatly appreciate it.
LANGUAGE:
Generally there is very little written homework for language.
MATH: Please work with your child on time and money skills as these are
being addressed in the classroom.
