Dear Parents and Students, 

   I hope everyone had a great holiday!  We are in our last few weeks before our
2nd report cards go out!  Continue to review your vocabulary nightly.  The
skills you see in the topic section of the homework sheet for reading are the
skills tested on the cold read test.  Grammar and spelling are also covered on
the cold read test.  It is important to review these skills nightly.  Continue
studying multiplication facts.  If you are able to send in a canned item for
our food drive, it would be greatly appreciated.
