Homework for the week of November 9th

*Please remember your child's snack day. Please send snack and drinks for 13
students on your child's snack day. Thanks!
*Extra Clothes- Please send a set of extra clothes just in case your child
needs a change of clothes. I keep them hanging in the bathroom in a Ziploc
bag. Thanks for those of you who already sent extra clothes.
Books- "Junie B. Jones Loves Handsome Warren," "There Was an Old Lady Who
Swallowed a Fly," "Strega Nona," and others.
Literacy Focus- Kk
Sight Words- have
Math Focus-Everyday Counts Calendar Math, shapes, sizes, numbers 0-13.
Science- Planting our Fall Garden- The speckled peas are
growing. The students are busy watering, weeding and watching their garden
grow. We have pea pods and three little cucumbers in our garden.

*Please practice saying your first and last name.
*Please practice saying your phone number. (You may want to practice singing
your phone number.)
*Please send completed homework to school for a "Caught being good!" slip.
Please write your name on your homework.
Monday-Please practice writing the letter Kk and draw a picture of something
that starts with a Kk.
Tuesday- Please My Kk Book to your family.
Wednesday- Please write the numbers 0-13. Please count to 20 or as high as
you can count.
Thursday- Please practice identifying a penny, a nickel, a dime and a
quarter.
