Welcome to my class! I am looking forward to a wonderful year in second
grade! This section of my website is to allow my parents and students to
get to know their teacher a little better. I love teaching and have been a
member of the Eastside faculty since 2001. I have a wonderful husband and
little boy, who turned 1 in May. I enjoy many things, but what I enjoy most
is being outside, cooking (especially Paula Deen), traveling, watching the
LSU Tigers, and most of all being with my family.
I want to encourage every student in their learning by providing a positive
environment for them to show their creativity and desire to learn.
