O. S. C. A. R.
Outstanding Students Create And Research
This is a club for students who are interested in achieving "above and beyond" classroom expectations.
All you have to do is choose a topic from either the Challenge List below or the "NFL" Challenge List link. Both give you so many interesting topics. Then learn all about that subject/topic on your own.
You can click on the links provided, head off to the library, or use resources of your choice.
Find the answers, write them down neatly, and place your paper in the O.S.C.A.R. Club box in the Gateway room. Be sure to include on the paper your name and the number(s) of each activity completed.
Be ready to tell Mrs. Snow what you have learned.
Successfully completing an activity earns you one star. You can be anything from a one-star OSCAR member all the way up to a 200+ star member!
Once you have earned 15 stars you will be entered into the O.S.C.A.R. Club Hall of Fame! Once a name has been added to the O.S.C.A.R. Club list, it will never be taken off!
GOOD LUCK AND HAVE FUN!
NFL Challenge List
Below is another challenge list. Links are provided for many of the activities on both lists. You can use one or both of these to complete OSCAR activities.
