Students were given a Reading exam study guide on A Christmas Carol to bring home on Friday, Dec. 11th.   They need to study it carefully. All the items are on the test. they can have several days to work on the test if needed.

English Exam Study guide are the worksheets they should have with them. They need to be able to recognize Verbs in sentences (verbs are action words). They also need to know the Principal parts of Verbs (examples:

present-      present participle              past              past participle

sail               sailing                          sailed             has (or have)sailed

run               running                         ran                 has(or have) run

jump              jumping                     jumped             has(or have ) jumped
