Students must earn 35 reading counts points for the 3rd 9 weeks.
This week we will read and analyze folklore including myths. We will also
continue silent reading and test on verbs and verb tense. Then we will work
on direct and indirect objects and transitive and intransitive verbs.
Students who talk too much and disrupt the class will be assigned the
following lines to write -
Talking is relevant only when it contributes to a learning experience, and
not while another is talking. A pleasant atmosphere helps each student feel
valued and successful.
