Students will write, solve, and graph inequalities.

Solving One -Step Equations & Inequalities

1. Change all subtraction to Addition

2. Use the Distributive Property if it is there

3. Combine Like Terms

4. Use the Inverse Operation to make Zero Pairs in order to balance the equation

Solving Two- Step Inequalities

Follow same steps as above in addition to:

When balancing a two-step equation...always get rid of the addition and subtraction first.
