Current EventsYou are responsible for completing and turning in 2 current event articles from the world of science each nine weeks. They are worth 100 points EACH. They can be from any area of science. Find a good, current (August 2009 and beyond) article from a newspaper, magazine, or from the Internet. The article should be no older than 3 months from today's date. Attach the article to the current event form obtained in class or from this website. Read the article and answer each question thoroughly. One current event is due before interims and the other before exams. Excuses of my printer wouldn't print, I was out of ink, or I can't find one are not valid excuses. You have plenty of time to get these done so if one method (ex.-internet)doesn't work you can choose another one (Ex- newspaper or magazine). The school library has magazines that you can copy articles out of, newspapers they will let you cut articles out of, and the internet for you to use.
