How much is the gym uniform?

The shirt is $10.00 and the shorts are $10.00.  It is $20.00 for the uniform.

Can my child bring a shirt or shorts from home.

Yes, but they must be blue shorts and grey or white shirts.

When should my child turn in a physical form and where?

They should be turned in as soon as possible.  They must have the physical 
form in before the student can even try out for a sport.  They can be turned 
in to student services or to his or her coach.  The forms will last one 
year.  After the year is up the physical must be renewed.

Can I wear softies style shorts?

As long as the shorts are blue and at least finger tip length then it does 
not matter to me what kind they are.  It has been my experience that most 
softies are not finger tip length; so keep this in mind before you decide to 
dress out in them.
