Dear Parents,
Just a reminder, the "Christmas Around the World" project is due next
Monday, December 14th. If you wish to turn it in earlier, you may. Also,
since your child is putting forth a great deal of effort writing for this
project, s/he will get a Language grade. I will not write on the report
itself but you will get a rubric on how the all three grades were determined.
If gor ANY reason, you are not able to get the resources needed to complete
this project, PLEASE let me know!
Here’s the latest on AR points and goals:
Everyone has met their AR goal for the second nine weeks! :)
Our class won the AR "Spirit Stick". That means that we had one of the three
highest class points in 2nd grade for the weeks of 30 November to 11 December
2009 and the class average was over 90%. YEA!!!!!!
