| Everyone is invited to join the Honey Island PTA. Part of your membership
dues go to the Louisiana and National PTAs making you a member of those
organizations as well.
Membership is not limited to parents and teachers of Honey Island. Anyone
with a concern for public education is encouraged to join. We especially
would like to encourage grandparents and corporate sponsors to join this
year. We are now offering corporate memberships for $25.00.
PTA membership shows your support and helps us fund student and family
activities. It by no means obligates you to attend meetings or perform
volunteer work. We encourage active involvement in the PTA, but completely
understand that not everyone can do so.
