Our class is really looking forward to the upcoming Thankgiving Holiday! We
will be studying the food groups and are looking forward to having a great
feast that will contain all of them!
PTA News…
We are excited to announce two art contests for the 2009-2010 school year.
We are requesting entries for the National PTA (NPTA) Reflections Contest
and Safety Drawings.
The Reflections theme is “Beauty is…!” with six categories:
1) dance choreography (generally has very few entries)
2) film/video production (generally has fewer entries)
3) literature
4) musical composition (generally has very few entries)
5) photography
6) visual arts
Please turn all Reflections entries into the school office by Monday,
November 16, 2009.
The safety drawing theme is “Be Cool, Follow the Rules.” The deadline for
safety drawing entries is Friday, January 8, 2010.
