My name is Rhonda Bickers. I am a wife and mother of two boys. I have
been teaching for over 15 years and graduated from McNeese State University
in Lake Charles, Louisiana. I have dual degrees in both regular and special
education. I am currently working toward my National Board Certification
status. I also have begun a pursuit for obtaining my Master(s)as a
Specialist of Curriculum and Materials. My husband is a retired Master Sgt.
in the USMC. We love traveling, our German Shepherd puppy, Duke, and our
adopted Rat Terrier mix, KiKi. I consider myself extremely blessed to be an
educator. My passions include all things related to child psychology,
behavior, and development.
It is my belief that every child possesses a unique "smartness" about them.
I believe in multiple intelligences and my personal mission is to be that
teacher who explores and cultivates every child's personal path to their
particular and inimitable intelligence(s).
