Every Monday a new homework sheet is handed out to all students. On this
homework sheet you will find the spelling and bonus words, the Reading story
and vocabulary words, the genre of the story and any announcements from me.
At the bottom of the sheet you will find the week's focus skills that we are
working on. Please look for this homework sheet EVERY Monday and sign down
by the announcements indicating that you have read it.
Each day your child will copy down their homework assignments from the
blackboard next to whatever subject they have homework in for that night.
You can also sign each day, indicating that you have seen their assigned
homework and that they have completed it.
Please initial on the slot when they have read their 20 minutes of AR.
The more organized they are, the more successful they will become.
