My name is Mrs. McIntosh and I have been living in Covington, Louisiana
for the past 25 years. I am originally from Laurel, Mississippi. I received
my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from Southeastern Louisiana University.
I have been teaching for the past 20 years--and 18 of those years have been
at Lyon Elementary.
I am married and have 3 children. I also have 2 grandsons and now have
my first granddaughter born January 8, 2007. She is adorable.
I enjoy teaching First Grade because the students are so
loving and excited about learning.
To help students understand that school can provide a fun time as well as a
learning time.
