I grew up in Covington, LA. I am a graduate of University of Louisiana-
Lafayette with a B.A. in Elementary Education and Southeastern Louisiana
University with a master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction in Gifted
Education. I have been teaching for the past 16 years, teaching grades 1-
4. This will be my fourth year teaching multi-age gifted students. I love to
learn new things and share what my knowledge with others. I have trained the
new teachers of the gifted in this parish for the past 2 summers and have
presented to other gifted colleagues at Summer Institute. I live with my
loving husband and 2 children. I am the proud mother of Catherine (7th
grader) and Sydney (4th grader).
To be creative and informative learners in an atmosphere where ALL can
achieve.
