The 09-10 school year marks my fourth year at Madisonville Elementary and on
the Northshore. I grew up on the Southshore but now I live in Mandeville.
I received my Bachelor's and Master's degrees at Louisiana State University
with concentrations in Early Childhood Education. Before teaching at MES, I
taught 3-year-olds at the LSU Child Development Laboratory Preschool.
In my spare time I enjoy gardening, cooking, going out to eat, and cycling.
I also enjoy skiing; although I don't get to do that as much as I would like.
My husband and I are looking forward to the arrival of our first child this
February. We think of it as our Valentine gift this year!
The mission of Madisonville Elementary School is for all students to be
thoughtful and successful learners.
