In July of 2008 I moved to the beautiful state of Louisiana because of my
husband's career path. Previously, I lived in Nebraska and taught first
grade for six years, and last year at Madisionville Elelmentary I taught
Kindergarten.
I graduated from Hastings College and earned my Masters of
Educational Leadership from Doane College last year in May. I am certified
to teach Pre-K and Kindergarten through 3rd grade.
My hobbies include sports, reading, and spending time with my family. My
family is expanding this year as my husband and I are expecting
our first child on December 8th.
I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to work at such a wonderful
school with great students and staff members.
The mission of Madisonville Elementary School is to provide a partnership
of students, school personnel, guardians, and community, which enhance the
self-worth of all and foster a love of learning.
