morning. Document if it was an activity.
For the week of: January 11-15, 2010
Monday: Learn 5 new words from your reading folder. Use those 5 words in a
sentence.
Tuesday: Find a real picture or cut out a picture of your favorite clothing
item to wear in the winter. Glue it on a piece of paper. Write the sentence:
I like to wear _______ in the winter.
Wednesday: Use items from your house to create 5 math addition problems. Ex:
You can use beans : 4 lima beans + 2 kidney beans = 6 beans
Thursday: We’re going to make a class book with these pages. Find your table
and complete the assignment. Don’t glue the pictures. Just bring it in your
folder.
Red circles: Cut a picture out of a magazine of something you wear in the
winter.
Blue squares: Cut a picture out of a magazine of something you like to do
outside in the winter.
Orange ovals: Cut a picture out of a magazine of something you like to do
inside in the winter.
Green triangles: Cut a picture out of a magazine of your favorite food during
the winter.
