I have been teaching for 33 years and continue to truly love my job. This
is my 19th year at Madisonville Elementary and while here I have taught
Kindergarten and Transitional First. I received my bachelors and my masters
degree from Southeastern Louisiana University.
I have been married for almost 33years and have a 26 year old daughter who
completed her degree in Radiology Technology last year.
I also have 2 cats and a very spoiled french poodle.
In my spare time I enjoy reading and scrapbooking.
My mission for my class is to instill in each student a love for learning. I
also want my children to learn to respect others and to respect themselves.
My classroom is a busy, hands on environment where I try to meet the needs
of all students.
