Homework Calendar 	                    Week of December 7 - 11

Monday

Spelling:  Write each word missed on today’s pretest 5 times.  (If you 
received the 5 extra challenge words, please write them 5 times each.)  Do 
this in your spelling notebook with a complete heading for spelling.  
Remember to use your best penmanship because messy work will need to be 
rewritten.

Math:  Complete workbook page 63.  Study your multiplication flash cards.

Science:  Animal poster projects are due NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY.

Important Messages:  Remember to get Mom or Dad to sign your graded papers 
folder and return it to class tomorrow.

Tuesday

Spelling:  Write 8 sentences using at least 8 different words from this 
week’s pretest.  Do this in your spelling notebook with a complete heading.  
This week’s challenge word is “Christmas.”  Be sure to use a capital letter 
at the beginning of each sentence and an ending punctuation mark.  Underline 
the spelling word used in each sentence.  Remember to use your best 
penmanship because messy work will need to be rewritten.

Math:   Complete workbook page 64.  Study your multiplication flash cards.

Science:  Tonight is the last night to complete your animal poster project.  
It is due by tomorrow.  Late projects will not be accepted or graded.

Important Messages:  If you forgot to get your graded papers folder signed, 
you must get it signed tonight!  Remember to return it to class tomorrow.

Show the Christmas party note to Mom or Dad.

Wednesday

Spelling:  Write the words from this week’s pretest in ABC order. Do this in 
your spelling notebook with a complete heading.  Be sure to number your paper 
from 1 – 16.  Use your best penmanship because messy work will need to be 
rewritten.  Also, study for tomorrow’s test.

Math:  Complete workbook page 71.  Study your multiplication flash cards.
