My husband and I live in Mandeville. We have 2 children- Christopher, 27
years old and Stephanie,20 years old. Our daughter is starting her third
year at LA Tech as an engineering student. We are also raising our son's 6
year old son, Matthew and his two year old daughter, Riley. I
received a B.A. in Elementary Education with a
concentration in Early Childhood Education from U.N.O. I have been teaching
for 35 years in 7 different schools in New Orleans, Mandeville and
Madisonville. I've taught 3 year olds to 4th grade. I love Kindergarten and
Madisonville Elementary the best! This is my 15th year teaching
Kindergarten! In my spare time I love to read, scrapbook, garden, go to
exercise and spend lots of time with my family. This summer I had a great
time at Orange Beach over the July 4th weekend.
I believe that every child should be provided with a caring, safe environment
that provides positive, successful experiences. Every child has the potential
to learn and each child needs to be nurtured and directed to reach their full
potential.
