Theme-The Indians
Letter of the Week-The Letter Cc
High Frequency Word- have-Review all high frequency words that we have 
learned.
Number Word-fourteen and review all number words
Sound Blending Words-pit, sit, sip, tip, bit, fit, hit, hip, lip, cat, and nap

Monday - Practice writing the letter Cc.  Review number words and high 
frequency words.  Read the book.
Tuesday - Practice sound blending words.  Call out the words to your child, 
and ask your child to sound it out and write it.  Read the book.
Wednesday – Write a sentence about Thanksgiving using the word Indian.
Thursday - Review number words.  Practice writing the numbers 1-10 in order.  
Count to 100.  Read the book.


Student of the Week for November 16th  is Caden Ruisich.  Allie will be the 
Student of the Week for November 30th.   
Student of the Week Guidelines

Cut a poster board in half, and you and your child will make a poster about 
your child.  Include pictures of your child, the family, favorite things, 
vacations etc.  You may include anything that describes your child and your 
child’s interest.  Your child will talk about the poster.  The poster should 
be turned in on the Monday of your child’s week.  If you would like, you may 
come to school at 2:00 on the Friday of your child’s week and share a hobby, 
profession, or read a few of your child’s favorite books.  Let me know if you 
are going to come, and what you will be doing.

Show and Tell will be on Thursday of this week.  The following children 
should bring in something for Show and Tell: Jackson, Troy, Blayne, Jack B, 
and Zoe.
  
THE DEADLINE FOR THE FIELD TRIP IS FRIDAY, NOV. 20th.  PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT 
YOUR MONEY AND PERMISSION SLIP ARE TURNED IN ON TIME.

I am thankful for the privilege to teach your precious children.  I hope all 
of you have a blessed Thanksgiving.
