Language-The Letter Ff and Oo
High Frequency Word-review play and is
Number Word-sixteen
Sound Blending Words-cot, dot, bat, map, fib, and rib

Review high frequency words each night.  Practice saying your address and 
phone number each night. 

Homework

Monday-Practice writing the letter Ff and Oo, review high frequency words, 
and read book.
Tuesday-Read a Christmas book with your child.  Ask your child to name the 
characters in the story.
Wednesday-Read a favorite Christmas book with your child.  Ask your child to 
retell the story.
Thursday-No Homework

Student of the Week for Jan. 4th-Cayden Norris
Jan. 11th-Jaiden Nicholas

Cut a poster board in half, and you and your child will make a poster.  
Include pictures of your child, the family, favorite things, 
vacations etc.  You may include anything that describes your child and your 
child’s interest.  Your child will talk about the poster.  The poster should 
be turned in on the Monday of your child’s week.  If you would like, you may 
come to school at 2:00 on the Friday of your child’s week and share a hobby, 
profession, or read a few of your child’s favorite books.  Let me know if you 
are going to come, and what you will be doing.

Important Dates

Dec. 17th-Christmas Party-8:30-9:15 (Reindeer Theme)  I hope you will come 
and participate in the activities with your child.
Dec. 18th-Half Day of School-Polar Express Day-Your child may come to school 
in pajamas. 

The Saints pulled it out again in another squeaker.  13-0  Go Saints!!!
