Letter of the Week - Nn
High Frequency Word- to
Number Word-thirteen
Sound Blending Words- can, pan, tan, man, tin, pin, tap, and pat
Monday - Practice writing the letter Nn, Review high frequency words. Read
the book.
Tuesday - Practice sound blending words. Call out each word to your child,
and ask your child to sound it out and write it. Read the book.
Wednesday – Review all letter sounds. Call out each of the following words
and have your child write the letter of the beginning sound of each word.
(man, paint, alligator, sand, tiger, indigo, and nine) Write a sentence with
the word “to”. Read the book.
Thursday – Count to 50. Draw a picture of a set that is less than 13.
Student of the Week for Nov. 9th, is Reece Santangelo, and the Student of the
Week for Nov. 16th is Caden Ruisich.
Student of the Week Guidelines
Cut a poster board in half, and you and your child will make a poster about
your child. Include pictures of your child, the family, favorite things,
vacations etc. You may include anything that describes your child and your
child’s interest. Your child will talk about the poster. The poster should
be turned in on the Monday of your child’s week. If you would like, you may
come to school at 2:00 on the Friday of your child’s week and share a hobby,
profession, or read a few of your child’s favorite books. Let me know if you
are going to come, and what you will be doing.

Show and Tell will be on Thursday of this week. The following children
should bring in something for Show and Tell: Mia, Allie, Caden R., Reece,
Jack S., and Ava.
I am in need of the following items for our Thanksgiving activities. I would
like for your child to bring in the item that has a check next to it.

___Plastic Spoons
___Swedish Fish
___Plastic Sandwich Bags
___Face Paint
___Q-tips
___1 box of Rigatoni Pasta
___1 bag of feathers (assorted colors)
