Our class is currently in need of baby wipes for art projects and Clorox wipes
to keep our room GERM FREE! If you are able to donate either of these items it
would be a HUGE help to us!! :)
Mom's Moments was great last week. We graphed with candy corns, made spider
cupcakes, Halloween head bands, and a scary book. We loved showing off our
classroom to our mom's and taking pictures with our friends. Thank you so much
for all of the donations that were sent in for this fun day!
If I send home a request for a cooking or craft activity and you know you will
not be able to send it to school by the set day, please let me know. I like to
do many fun and extra activity with the kids but depend on parental support to
carry out these activities. If I do not receive the needed items we will not
be able to complete the activity or will have to move it to another week. I
try to be as fair as possible when asking for items, so I use a rotational
system and make note of the parents who are asked to donate week to week. I do
this in order to prevent the same families from donating week after week. If
you would like your name removed from the cooking and craft list please let me
know.
We are currently in need of "treasure" for our treasure box. Please send in
your unwanted/unused trinkets and happy meal toys. Thank you!!
Yeah to Christian Sanchez, he is our King of the Jungle this week!!
If you need to contact me please email me through the class website or at
michelle.rogers@stpsb.org
We have started our Earobics computer program. This is a fun game that allows
the children extra time to practice phonics skills. Each child gets to "play"
the games several times a week during nap. The program tracks the child's
progress as he/she moves through the levels. Thank you to Corinne and Logan's
moms for helping us learn how to play these games. If you would like to play
some of these games at home Google "Earobics" and click on "Game Goo"
