This week your child will learn: Recognize and write the numbers 11 - 17.
Counting sets of objects up to 17.
Number words one - ten.
Textbook & Other References: Scott Foresman, Everyday Math Counts
*This week, we will work on getting ready for our Indian Pow-Wow. We will
make our necklaces, headdresses, and T-shirts. Please send in your item for
the Pow-Wow by this Thursday. I need these things a day ahead to prepare for
the activities for Friday.
*Please send in the permission slip and money for the Holiday Extravaganza by
this Friday. If your child will not be attending, I still need you to fill
out the form and send it in.
*In this time of Thanksgiving, I would like to thank you for your help,
concern and support with the education of your child. I am not assigning any
written homework this week to show my appreciation. Please work with your
child though on recognizing and writing the letter Cc, the numbers 1-17, and
the vocabulary words have, hat, and him.
