I have been teaching at MES for twenty-two years. Eighteen of those
have been in kindergarten and another four in first grade. I have also
taught pre-K, first, third, and sixth grades at other schools.
I am a single parent with one child, a daughter named Chrissy. She is a
sophomore at Delgado and she made the Dean's List this past semester. I am
very proud of her. She is a product of the Madisonville schools.
I also have a very spoiled cavapoo(dog) named Rosanna, a wild and crazy
cat named Milo, and a shy beta(fish) named Morpheus. I just recently added a
stray kitten named Kizzie to my menagerie this summer.
I love to travel. I have been to 49 states (haven't seen Hawaii yet)
and 2 countries - Mexico and Canada. I would like to travel to Ireland and
Australia some day.
I love to read and shop at craft and antique shows. I also like to
collect western and Native American art.
