Dear Parents,
We are incorporating Investigations in to our daily
learning stations. We are working on Every Day counts calendar math.
Once again we will offer the Fish Philosophy expectations and
will "hook"them to all content area .
I have a Bachelor's degree in Education (K-8). I have a Master's degree in
Education with a concentration on Guidance/ Counseling.I also have a gifted
certification to teach elementary students.
I have been teaching for twenty four years. A large portion of my
teaching experience was at St. Peter Elementary School. I have also taught
at Abita Elementary ,Covington Elementary, C.J. Schoen,Pineview, and
Madisonville Elementary.
I have taught regular education in the areas as follows: pre- K, first,
second, and third grade .I have also taught gifted students in grades k-5
(academic setting). I have taught 1-8 in the gifted (enrichment setting),
also. I have enjoyed the challenge of teaching different levels.
I have always enjoyed teaching at Madisonville Elementary because we have
a wonderful faculty, staff, and leadership. Our PTA and our parents are so
