First Grade Pajama Drive
Please send in new and unused pajamas to school to help children in need during the holiday season. The Pajama Drive will be November 16 through December 9. Thank you for your generosity and for allowing your children to experience the joy of giving.
Resources online and on CD!
Our math textbook is online for you and your child
to review and practice. I have sent home information on how to access both the textbook and exciting
“e-tool” activities that support and extend our classroom work.
The students enjoy reading the stories in their reading textbook. You may borrow a “Student Navigator,” a CD version of our “Treasures”
reading text, so that they can re-read the stories at home. The main selection from each week's unit is narrated, and the children can read along. Please let me know if you are interested in having the CD at home. You will sign a form
stating that you are responsible for returning the CD to school at the school
year’s end, just as you would a textbook.
