Guided/Independent Discovery:
determine and categorize foods that are good and not good (healthy/not
healthy)
cooking: make pumpkin pie and fruit kabobs while following directions in
correct sequential order
choose healthy foods for their thanksgiving plate (using pictures of food)
create and identify student names on corn on the cob
make a totem pole using paper towel rolls and craft materials
create Indian drums
make turkeys out of play doh, pipe cleaners, and feathers
Special Activities:
November 24th-28th - Thanksgiving Holiday- no school
Global Wildlife trip- December 4th
