My name is Linda Odak and I am very excited to be part of the faculty at
Mandeville High School. This is my fourth year teaching English Language
Learners (ELLs). I love teaching and especially enjoy working with students
who are leaning the language and integrating into an American high school
setting for the first time.
I am originally from New York and have lived in Mandeville since 2002. I
have three children, Ally, Ashley and A.J. Ally is a Skipper herself this
year.

Mission For The Class

My goal is to create a positive classroom environment where all students
are secure with each other and motivated to participate. Consistent respect
for one another makes it a more enjoyable experience overall. Hard work and
effort will enable all students to reap the satisfaction and confidence that
comes with succeeding in a challenging course.
I am willing to help and support students with adjusting academically,
socially, and emotionally in order to help them be successful and have a
positive experience at Mandeville High School.
