MHS Show Choir-
The show choir will present “Throw back Tuesday” music from the 50’s through the 90’s on Tuesday, Oct. 28
 at 7:00 in the MHS auditorium. You will hear music such as Grease, Thriller, Freak
out and much more. Students may come dressed in costumes from 50’s through 
90’s. Admission is $5 for students and $8 for adults. See you there!
LSU Honors College -Honors Premiere-
The LSU Honors College invites you and your family to
Honors Premiere, a reception for outstanding high school students. It is on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm at the Beau Chene Country Club, 602 North Beau Chene Drive. Attire Is Business Casual. RSVP by November 3 at www.honors.lsu.edu/events. Space is limited.




ACT Prep-
There will be a Mike Gemelli ACT Prep class December 1st-3rd from 6:00-8:00 p.m. located at the First Baptist in Slidell. The cost is $175 and you must register by November 20th. Email - jreeves2478@gmail.com to register.




MPG Car Wash Tickets -Now on Sale!!!
Project Graduation is selling Blue Harbor Car Wash tickets (all proceeds benefit MPG). Each ticket costs $5  ($10.95 value). Please call or text Donna Canalizo at 504-301-5224 if you would like to purchase any. They are going fast, so call soon! Thanks for your support.




ATTENTION MHS SENIORS:
Project Graduation is calling on all seniors to come up with a t-shirt/art design for your party!! Whoever wins the art contest will be given a free ticket into the party on graduation night, as well as having your design appear on the back of the student t-shirts. The winning artists design will be voted on and announced at the Senior breakfast on December 10th. The class of 2015 theme is:

Bon Voyage on Your Grand Adventure

Please turn in any drawings to Student Services in an envelope marked Project Graduation T-shirt design contest. We hope to have many designs to choose from!!




Attention Class of 2015:
Project Graduation will be registering students during both lunches every Wednesday. We are located in the Commons next to the Lunchbox (sportswear/supply table). Tickets are $40 with the optional DVD $10. Please bring exact cash or a check (made out to MPG) to sign your senior up. Looking forward to seeing all the seniors at this great event. Ticket prices increase to $50 in January, so make sure you sign up early.

MPG is here to help with your Christmas shopping. You know how much you love your long lasting, Christmas-smelling greenery, so help others enjoy it for the holiday season, as well.  Your neighbor or relative would love to receive a beautiful, fresh greenery centerpiece or swag (new item!).  Don't forget clients and out of town friends.  If you have it direct shipped, we include the gift message, and your shopping is complete!
Please return your order to Robyn Napier, BEFORE Wednesday, November 5, 2014.   There are order forms at MHS in the front office and student services and a brochure below for your shopping convenience.
