WEB sheet with parent signatures and record of minutes were collected on
Friday 12/11.
Students should use looseleaf in their binders if they read exam week or over
the holidays. I hope they continue to read for pleasure the next 3 weeks.
The Reading Exam will be an end of book test on The Outsiders. A study guide
will be completed in class on Monday, 12/14.
The English exam will be on verbs.An English study guide will be given on
Monday. Students may work on this at home next week. The exercises to be
completed can be found in their Language Arts Today book (orange book) that
they have been given to keep at home.
We will get a new WEB sheet when we return on Jan. 4, 2010
Every week - Read WEB at home for one hour: 3 times 20 minutes,or 2 times 30
minutes or 4 times 15 minutes. Minutes read beyond one hour equals extra
points. Get parent's signatures. Write minutes.
