OKTOBERFEST REMINDER
Oktoberfest is fast approaching, so here are a few reminders!
* Please remember that the Jump-A-Thon forms and pledge money are due today,
Thursday, October 22. Also, don’t forget to turn in your other contest
entry forms.
* You may still pre-order tickets (and receive two free tickets for every
$5.00 ordered) through next Wednesday, October 28.
* As another reminder, please sign up to work your child’s game booth for
the day of Oktoberfest. If you have any questions about this, contact your
room mom.
* Also, don’t forget to bring drinks for the food booth, cakes for the cake
walk, and sweets for the sweet booth. The cakes and sweets should be
delivered next Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. Drinks can be dropped
off at any time.
* WE ARE IN NEED OF TWO 10X10 TENTS. IF YOU HAVE A TENT THAT WE CAN USE,
PLEASE CONTACT DANA BUTLER AT 855-1012.
