Please do not place names on all items. Only place name on items
below in bold. The other items will go into a class supply bank and
will be used as needed. Please make every effort to get the supplies
specifically listed below to assure consistency and fairness. I have
specific labels made for journals and folders that will help with the
organization of work and supplies. I have priced all the items and
all of the items can be found at WalMart.

Ms. McCollough’s First Grade Supply List 2009-2010
Parents, many of these supplies I will keep for the children and
give them out to them as they need them. A few of them they will
keep is their school box or at their desk.
**Items in bold need your child's name clearly printed in a
permanent manner.
++ These items will be given to the children as needed.
The Chair Pocket is to go on the back of each child's chair to store
supplies. It helps to keep the child's belongings organized.
If you could possbily label each crayon and marker with the child's
name on a piece of masking tape, it will help them to keep up with
it.

Put child's name on all supplies. Shop for these supplies when you
have this list with you. Don't try to guess at what you need. I
will not accept anything that is not on this list. No fads or
playthings will be allowed. Buy only what's on this list!
**PLEASE NOTE: 50 lead pencils are not enough for the entire school
year. Your best buy is the yellow Papermate Sharpwriters. These
lead pencils are not used for art. These are strictly for class
assignments. Please feel free to buy extra lead pencils. Do not
buy Rose Art products. They don't last.
